This combined workshop/roundtable is a space to consider trust and grit in learners and examine how instructors may encourage these traits in the classroom through demeanor, levels of risk and inclusive language. Bring your opinions and struggles with mentoring AND a syllabus and/or specific assignment/activity you plan to use in class/student-life activity/event.
