The town of Plymouth is participating in a fun and exciting year-long research study on happiness. This study is designed to identify the effects of participation in community-wide events on respondents' happiness. As part o the project a series of events who content is theoretically linked to effects on an individual?s happiness will be held throughout the coming year in Plymouth, NH, and the events are open to all. The purpose of this study is to develop better understanding of how different types of activities and events affect self-reported happiness to inform the design of future community events. The events are organized around six themes: Engaged Living, Positive Living, Simplified Living, Connected Living, Balanced Living, and Healthy Living.
