Panther Pitch is a campus-wide idea competition that gives students an opportunity to pitch their ideas to a panel of judges and possibly win cash prizes to help implement their ideas. Winners of the Panther Pitch will also earn the opportunity to participate in APEX, the eight-week business accelerator program offered by Eric Spieth, Director, Enterprise Center Plymouth. In addition to supporting individual student entrepreneurs, the Panther Pitch aims to promote ideas for innovation and entrepreneurship among groups of students or student organizations to create solutions for local, national, or global challenges. Ideas submitted to the competition will be screened; finalists will then be invited to deliver a two-minute pitch followed by a 2-3-minute Q & A by the judges, who will be comprised of business and community leaders including PSU alumni.
