This project is evidence of cluster/open lab success. In each case, an evolving workplan exceeded the capacity of the student teams and the ability to deliver. The remaining work items are limited in scope to ensure completion in Fall 2018, as follows: 1. Lisbon Economic Development – development of a healthy/balanced community through walkable spaces, identified recreation venues/activities and the basis for an ongoing partnership with PSU (I&E, TESD, HHE) 2. Littleton Studio School – Continued work around new programs, target segments and implementation of the strategic plan, also laying the foundation for an ongoing partnership with PSU (I&E, HHE, A&T) 3. RizFit – Further development of healthy/balanced communities building around the success of RizFit, and continued support to developing Peter Rizzo’s brand reach. 4. North Country Healthy Balanced Communities - Across all current NCCD communities, a common interest has emerged to find pathways to sustainability, resiliency and overall community health. NCCD 4 will frame these opportunities in a common, integrated approach.
