As Plymouth State University transitions academically from discipline-specific departments into integrated and multi-disciplinary clusters, Phase II of the Peace Wall project has continued to provide an opportunity to transform PSU physically and culturally. In addition to including PSU students, faculty and staff, this second phase also focused on external partnerships, especially with secondary schools in New Hampshire. This second phase planned to add to the colorful, tangible, and interdisciplinary mosaic structure that is displayed in the HUB Paws Way which was created during Phase I by the PSU community while expanding our university’s culture of peaceful, respectful, and kind behavior among all.
