Event Title

Tackling Wicked Problems in the Workspace

Abstract

Would you like to try project-based learning? Apply the four habits of mind? Use open educational resources? Build your own staff development project? A new campus group is working on a staff development model that empowers members to investigate problems affecting their work life. This model will allow PSU staff to experience and understand the new way of learning that students are experiencing in their clusters and address issues that are relevant to staff. Following this fun and interactive session, a Staff Learning Community supported by the Open CoLab will build on what we learn and pilot a new addition to staff development opportunities at PSU.
